DLT256 designs, develops and manages digital infrastructure offerings, including (but not limited to): Institutional Bitcoin mining contracts, ESG-certified BTC procurement frameworks, Tokenized yield instruments linked to mining economics, Audit, reporting and sustainability data services. DLT256 owns, leases, or contracts third-party mining and energy infrastructure providers, data centers, custody solutions and compliance technology platforms to support its operations. All services are delivered through a network of vetted, licensed, or qualified partners.
Where services are delivered through third-party platforms or jurisdictions, you acknowledge and accept that operational, regulatory and technical risks may apply, and that DLT256 shall not be liable for events beyond its reasonable control.
5. No Guarantee of Availability or Performance
DLT256 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of its Site, services, or communications. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, or modify any content or functionality without notice. All performance metrics, projections, or references to Bitcoin mining economics are illustrative and subject to market volatility, technical factors and evolving regulatory standards.
